What this job can offer you : This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist, joining our Global Payroll team. In your role, you will be implementing multiple new customers onto our Remote Global Payroll solution platform with accuracy and within agreed timescales.
What you bring :
- Experience in Global Payroll with Spain Payroll end to end process.
- Global Payroll Customer Implementation experience, with Spain payroll software.
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR.
- Work experience in regional / global payroll operations and statutory requirements.
- Excellent data management skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experienced in handling multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and take own responsibility.
- Customer-Care oriented mind set.
- Is a productivity geek and will constantly think of ways to improve and speed up their work.
- Proficient in using Google Sheet or Excel.
- Ability to work within a MacBook Pro environment.
- You write and speak fluent English.
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but is considered a plus.
- Not required but is considered a plus if you have a working knowledge of Notion, Slack and Salesforce.
- Not required but is considered a plus if you have working knowledge of A3 payroll software.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers to set up and provide an accurate and seamless transition of their payroll to Remote products and services.
- Analyze customers payroll needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Direct and manage the implementation of new customers from the start of the relationship, including: obtaining all required customer and employee payroll data, configuring Remote Global Payroll system, coordinating payroll runs, verifying compliance with regulations, and managing payroll Go-Live.
- Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, supervisors, and vendors.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure high retention.
- Provide support and training regarding payroll processes and country-specific needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer and employee information.
- Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation.
- Report to: Manager, Global Payroll Implementations
- Location : Applications are welcome globally, with a preference for UTC 0 - UTC +1 timezones.

Remote Compensation Philosophy :
Remote ensures fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits globally. Salary ranges are geo-based, reflecting geographic pay differentials, with a full-time base salary range of $30,250 USD to $102,050 USD, depending on various factors.
