Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist.

Role: Change Experience Lead

The Change Experience Lead is responsible for leading organisational change management planning and ensuring the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions. As a member of a dynamic, globally-focused team, the Change Experience Lead will leverage their understanding of business needs and affiliate experience to effectively plan for and manage change initiatives.

Your key responsibilities:
  1. Create communications and communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences to adopt IT-driven changes.
  2. Partner with key senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior change and ensure compliance.
  3. Use ingenuity and innovation to create effective communication campaigns addressing complex topics.
  4. Identify and implement ways to simplify and streamline communication processes.
  5. Partner with key business stakeholders on function-specific communication strategies for complex IT changes.
  6. Advise on project, portfolio, and annual communication plans with the optimal channel and media mix to keep IT and business groups informed.
  7. Develop and oversee the execution of end-to-end user communication strategies.
  8. Apply organisational change management concepts to high-impact communication plans involving individual and organizational behavior change.
  9. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders for communication strategies.
  10. Manage anticipated resistance to communication plans.
  11. Build awareness and inspire change adoption and advocacy across all Informatics users and stakeholder groups in engaging ways.
  12. Provide strategic direction for IT training content and topics at Informatics.
  13. Consultation & Business Partnership: Act as a partner to Domain Lead / Product Line Lead / Large-scale project.
  14. Contribute to Product Roadmaps: Provide input and advice.
  15. Resource Management: Advise on resource allocation within the domain/product line to achieve efficiencies and synergies.
  16. Change Teamwork: Collaborate with teams such as UX, Partnering, Engagement to ensure efficient ways of working and understand the big picture.
  17. Share knowledge within the team (Section / Cluster / others).
  18. Advise on timing of solution deployment to align with key business cycles and communication efforts.
