Computer Scientist / Application Manager / IT Support - Infrastructure & Administration (m / f / d)

Welcome to GO! in Mainz, the stronghold of fools! Here, a team of 90 employees perform top logistical feats every day not far from the Rhine : Together with 150 courier drivers, we set standards in national and international express shipping, courier and hazardous goods transportation, among other things. • From order acceptance to team planning : nothing works today without stable IT - it's good that we have you to keep our IT up to date and quickly resolve any faults.
• In this role, you will not only operate and maintain our database, network and server infrastructure, but also optimize our use of resources through effective virtualization.
• Hello, I can't get into the system" - Whether in the ticket system, remotely or on the phone : our colleagues turn to you with minor and major IT problems - you prioritize and solve the requests according to urgency.
• Of course, we know that you can do more than just play the support bot, so we look forward to your support in the administration of our MS Office 365 licenses and the purchase of new software and hardware.

You have these qualifications :

• Completed training in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT specialist or a related qualification such as professional experience as IT support or admin
• Experience with MS Office 365 (especially in setting up, managing and running it)
• Strong knowledge of modern IT hardware (care, maintenance and servicing)
• Enjoy working with people (and computers!), team spirit and an independent and solution-oriented way of working
