We are on a mission to reshape the future of payments. As a key member of our team, the Network Solutions Analyst will be instrumental in scaling our Payments Network operations. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who excels in optimizing functionalities, developing innovative solutions, and leading implementations across global payment infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues to enhance our Payments Network. Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as IT, Operations, Digital, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Project Management: Manage initiatives to improve payout mechanisms (cash, wallets, VPAs, bank deposits) globally, ensuring attention to detail throughout all phases.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning efforts with strategic objectives for global impact.
  5. Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication between technical teams and business units, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
  6. Innovation and Improvement: Gather and analyze requirements to identify product enhancement opportunities and stay updated on industry trends to incorporate future needs.
  7. Research and Recommendations: Explore new products and services, providing insights and recommendations to Operations Managers.
  8. Project Support: Assist in project ideation and design, identifying process improvements and potential risks.
  9. Methodology Application: Use project management methodologies and tools within SDLC to align with business goals.
  10. Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes to improve effectiveness and simplify workflows.
  11. Collaborative Work: Coordinate with IT, Product, Revenue, Compliance, and Customer Service teams on payment-related issues.
  12. Change Management: Manage scope and timeline changes, keeping business objectives in focus.
  13. Data Analysis and Liaison: Analyze data and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
  14. Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and review documentation to elicit business needs and document processes.
  15. Performance and Risk Management: Measure project performance and manage risks with appropriate tools.
  16. Technical Coordination: Influence and coordinate with technical teams.
  17. Documentation and Reporting: Develop project documentation, monitor progress, and escalate issues as needed.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
Work Experience:
  • 2-5 years in relevant fields such as eCommerce or online financial services, with understanding of transaction flows across various payment methods (cards, bank transfers, Open Banking, wallets, ATMs, etc.).
