What does the role look like?

As a Marketing Lead at Amea, you will oversee and implement our brand strategies and marketing efforts. You will work from a set vision and will be provided with tools and resources to achieve our targets. You will collaborate closely with our CEO and support from various creative agencies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Website Management & Blogging
• Send Marketing Mails & Collect Mailing Lists
• Social Media Management & Engagement
• Create & Manage Digital Ad Campaigns
• Develop Marketing Strategies
• Event Planning & Public Relations
• Brokerage Signage
• Company Leads
• Overall Design

We expect the Marketing Lead to stay updated on marketing trends, attend relevant industry events, and build meaningful relationships. This role has the potential to evolve into a Chief Marketing Officer position based on performance and capabilities.

Your first 90 days will look like:

• Within 30 days: Understand our model, vision, and start planning strategies.
• Within 60 days: Begin producing foundational strategies.
• Within 90 days: Implement the first scope of your foundational work.

Nice to haves

• Experience with luxury or HNWI brands/services
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Experience with events, agencies, content clipping, photography/videography, digital marketing, CRM softwares, task management tools, or running a marketing agency

Who you are

You are passionate about our mission, live and breathe real estate, design, and luxury. You have 2+ years of experience in the luxury or HNWI sector, notably in real estate, fashion, or hospitality. You are resourceful, results-oriented, and thrive in a high-performance, ambiguous environment.

• Someone not based in Marbella
