The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort & Spa, situated in Marbella, is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor .

Responsibilities :

  • Create and maintain filing systems.
  • Create and type office correspondence using a computer.
  • Distribute and forward mail.
  • Manage and track HR office supplies and forms.
  • Answer phone calls and record messages.
  • Create personal files for new employees.
  • Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures.
  • Maintain the designated area for filling out applications, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and accessible for people with disabilities.
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding company policies and HR programs. Inform HR management of employee relations issues within the division or property.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records, files, and information.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of payroll, prevention, and HR coordination areas.
  • Experience in coordinating various agreements.
