If you want to work with us and join as: Software Asset Manager

Objectives:

Assumes responsibility for and operates the software asset management solution, maintaining accurate records of asset acquisitions, transfers, maintenance, and disposal.

Functions:
  1. Leading contract negotiations with software vendors
  2. Conducting market analyses to secure optimal purchasing conditions and identify potential savings
  3. Managing and maintaining purchased and registered software licenses, including ensuring license compliance
  4. Reviewing and validating commercial data to maintain oversight of costs and budgets
  5. Managing contracts, including monitoring durations and adapting them to current needs
  6. Applying IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategies to manage and optimize IT resources, especially procurement and license management
What are we looking for?
  • Professionals with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role within a multinational company (food, energy, environment), with experience in Software Asset Management tools and software

Additional qualities include being quality and customer service oriented (methodical, detail-oriented, with professional discretion), results-driven, proactive, and willing to travel.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields
  • Strong background in asset management or IT procurement
  • Deep understanding of IT asset management best practices and software licensing
  • Relevant additional qualifications such as negotiation training or procurement courses are a plus
  • Experience with ERP and e-procurement systems, and practical knowledge of data management
Additional Skills:

Organizational skills, autonomy, versatility, proactivity, results orientation, and continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level) is essential, with communication conducted in English.
