Formación

• 5+ years of experience in C#/.NET software development.
• Experience leading engineering teams or acting as a senior mentor.
• Deep understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, database design.

We are looking for a C# Tech Lead who combines strong technical expertise with team leadership. You will be instrumental in shaping architecture, ensuring code quality, and mentoring developers in a collaborative Agile environment. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of C# developers across multiple countries.
• Set technical direction, ensure high standards, and foster innovation.
• Design, build, and maintain backend systems using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET.
• Own and enhance distributed, scalable services within a Kubernetes environment.
• Support CI / CD processes, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
• Promote DevOps mindset, clean code principles, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate across engineering, QA, and product teams in an Agile workflow. Key Requirements
• iGaming experience is a must.
• 5+ years of experience in C# / .NET software development.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams or acting as a senior mentor.
• Deep understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, database design.
• Solid experience working in a Kubernetes environment.
• Experience with Kafka, GCP or Azure, and distributed cache systems (e.g., Redis).
• Strong communication, leadership, and technical mentoring skills.
