Requirements:

• University Degree
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience for consultants, 3 years for senior consultants
• Organized, proactive, results-oriented individual interested in Human Resources consulting
• Good command of English
• Target and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Business development and client/candidate contact
• Candidate search and selection
• Posting job offers on main portals and screening resumes
• Conducting telephone, online, and face-to-face interviews, and client meetings
• Negotiating service contracts with clients and managing the process
• Presenting and defending candidate profiles to clients for interviews
• Negotiating offers with candidates and assisting their career moves
