Job Description :

The purpose of the role is to ensure Mobility suppliers are selected to deliver the agreed Mobility targets.

Accountable for sourcing Mobility suppliers and managing their commercial performance. Leads a sourcing and an integration team (clients and suppliers).

Accountabilities :

  • Deliver strategic contracts and ensure their performance meets forecasts.
  • Manage regional or global scope, ensuring contracts meet market standards, align with SLAs, and optimize supplier performance.
  • Lead Contracting Managers and sourcing teams, ensuring compliance with HBX frameworks.
  • Oversee the Integrations team for process efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage an integration pipeline, focusing on commercial prioritization to maximize performance (TTV & Margin).
  • Ensure the commercial success of Mobility suppliers with competitive products meeting financial targets.
  • Foster win/win partnerships with clear vision and priorities.
  • Sourcing new Mobility products aligned with strategic vision.

Contract Negotiation :

  • Legal terms, liability, and indemnities
  • Commercial terms

Supplier Management including performance indicators such as :

  • Technical performance – API setup, error rates
  • Quality scores including customer complaint ratio
  • Conflict management

Team Management :

  • Developing and coaching teams

Experience :

  • Experience in the travel industry, including hotels, car rentals, transfers, and experiences.
