Job Opportunity : Multilingual Medical Market Research Coordinator

We are recruiting a brave mind with a native level of Swedish, proficient level of Norwegian, and knowledge of Danish to join us at our Madrid CoE office. If you want to play a key role in a multicountry dynamic and committed team, this could be the role for you!

Job Overview :

Under close guidance or supervision, you will recruit physicians, administer data collection, and manage compensation programs.

Essential Functions :

1. Initiate calls to physicians using a prepared selling strategy.
2. Promote physicians' participation in syndicated ongoing panels based on established standards for recruiting, reporting, and sample design for all assigned panel segments.
3. Follow up with panels to achieve maximum response rates.
4. Handle incoming calls from panels, referring non-routine questions to the manager.
5. Prepare and mail hardcopy data collection documents to assigned panels.
6. Administer electronic data capture strategies to assigned panels.
7. Educate and motivate data suppliers to comply with study guidelines.
8. Investigate, resolve, and process panel incentives within defined guidelines to facilitate timely receipt of compensation.
9. Collaborate cross-functionally with the coding team to resolve data quality issues.
10. Provide recruiting and interviewing support for special projects / studies.
11. Manage and maintain all supplier-related information.

Qualifications :

• Native Swedish speaker comfortable communicating with Danish and Norwegian physicians.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valuable experience in Medical Market Research.
• Proficient in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills.
