Job Description

Main responsibilities
  1. In-depth knowledge of Jávea’s Real Estate market.
  2. Deal with the allocations of clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post-completion of the sales deals.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
  4. Organize and prepare agents for viewings and work together with international agents to ensure a high level of product knowledge.
  5. Set up performance goals and KPIs for the team, track results, and activity along with the efficiency of the sales agents.
  6. Ensure all business goals and targets are fulfilled with expected frequency: monthly, quarterly, annually.
  7. Manage all members of the team and mentor, train, and coach agents to develop at the individual level and achieve positive results at all levels.
  8. Act as a point of contact for the department, maintaining maximum levels of customer service and representing the brand effectively.
  9. Assist agents with the sales process and actively intervene whenever complications may occur that could affect the completion of sales, providing creative sales and closing solutions.
  10. Participate actively in deal closure and offer management.
  11. Assist in the hiring process of commercial agents, providing requirements and feedback to improve recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
  • Specific knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and surroundings, including international clients.
  • Previous experience managing a team.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and driven to achieve top results.
  • Financially results-oriented and capable of working in an international team.
  • Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Organized, flexible, and hands-on.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, especially when working with demanding national and international clients.
