Team Leader IT Infrastructure & IT Operations (m / f / d)

This is what you want

1. Team leadership: Manage and develop a team of System Architects, Engineers, and Support staff. Coach and motivate to improve infrastructure, workplaces, and software solutions.
2. Mentoring & Agile working: Support individual growth, promote team strengths, and foster responsibility and continuous process improvement.
3. Requirements management: Organize and coach analysis, specification, and prioritization of infrastructure, processes, and tools with stakeholders.
4. Stakeholder management: Interface between infrastructure, IT operations, departments, and external providers.
5. IT operations: Ensure smooth operation of systems, focusing on modern hosting and cloud infrastructures like Kubernetes and Docker.
6. IT governance & strategy: Develop and implement IT strategies, guidelines, and compliance (ISO 27001).
7. IT security: Develop and enforce IT security strategies, including risk and incident management.
8. Incident management: Handle escalation procedures for technical faults.
9. Project management: Lead and execute IT projects to enhance and expand the IT landscape.
10. Administration: Oversee operational processes, support CIO with planning, auditing, and control.

Your experience and knowledge

1. Degree in computer science, IT, or similar qualification.
2. Several years managing IT teams and projects.
3. Knowledge of modern hosting and cloud infrastructures (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
4. Experience with IT governance, security strategies, and ISO 27001.
5. Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
