Role Overview : Responsible for creating holistic, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences that meet user needs and expectations. The main mission is to understand user needs, behaviors, and expectations to design solutions that ensure intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable interactions with digital products and systems.

Main Responsibilities / Activities :

• Research and understand user needs, desires, and behaviors using methods such as interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Apply techniques like Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Lean Inception, and Service Blueprint, among others, facilitating workshops and collaborative activities.
• Create personas based on real user data to represent different demographic and behavioral groups.
• Map and create visual artifacts of the user experience in various scenarios using tools like user journeys and flow diagrams.
• Organize the information and functionality architecture of the product to facilitate user navigation.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to translate concepts into concrete design solutions.
• Collaborate with interface designers, developers, and content specialists to ensure integration between user experience and visual design.
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of design solutions.
• Conduct usability tests, collect user feedback, and make iterative improvements.
• Ensure accessibility compliance following guidelines to make designs usable by all users.
• Use analytics data to assess design effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Align design decisions with business goals and strategy.
• Stay updated on UX design trends through participation in events, courses, and communities.
• Prioritize accessibility and inclusion, designing for users with disabilities and various interaction needs.
• Leverage AI to understand user behavior, identify opportunities, and propose optimized, personalized interfaces aligned with the Flow strategy.

Requirements :

• Strong experience as a UX Lead or Senior UX Designer
• Wireframing expertise
• Ability to host workshops
• Experience with cross-platform applications
• Willingness to visit client offices in Spain a few times a month
