This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.

Position : Freelance Partner

• Location : Anywhere in EMEA ideally (GMT+1)
• Employment type : Freelance - able to invoice
• Remuneration : Commission per placed candidates

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Source, hunt, and attract top talent through your own channels, job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct screenings, assess qualifications, test language levels, and determine the best fit for roles
• Collaborate directly with our SDM and MD to drive successful placements
• Maintain a steady pipeline of talented candidates and build lasting relationships
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed
• Keep candidate profiles updated in our ATS for future reference

REQUIREMENTS :

• Proficient in English and Italian (spoken and written) — non-negotiable
• Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri (GMT+1)
• Proven experience sourcing, hunting, or recruiting Italian-speaking talent (especially in Volume SaaS, BPO, Languages)
• Own access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator with approximately 10,000 connections
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software
