Your mission

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Manager to expand our presence in the German market, meeting and exceeding sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing deals.

You will report directly to our VP of Sales and will be responsible for :

  • Analyzing business trends, pipeline status, and forecasts, providing full visibility of business potential via our Fresh Sales reporting tool;
  • Defining sales funnels and attending industry fairs;
  • Identifying new leads and building a pipeline of potential clients;
  • Engaging with clients to present our products, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • Demonstrating our solutions and providing after-sales support (account management);
  • Proposing and negotiating offers with new leads.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in German (full professional level);
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a SaaS B2B environment;
  • A portfolio of companies with high-traffic websites in industries such as publishing, e-commerce, gaming, education, travel, or similar, with over 10 million web visitors;
  • A proactive, hunter mentality;
  • Willingness to attend industry fairs.

Added values

  • Interest in or experience with technology and software.

Location

We believe in full remote work. You are free to work from anywhere in the world. If you prefer an office environment, we have offices in Milan and Bologna (Italy), and Berlin and Hamburg (Germany), supporting a hybrid work model.
