We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and manage end-to-end solution architecture service delivery for the sales and marketing functions domain in Europe.

This role includes technology strategy and solution design across capability areas such as : field sales, telesales, ecommerce (B2B, B2C), equipment services, CRM, TPM, marketing & personalized consumer engagement, and franchise bottler management.

The individual will need to manage their workload independently, escalate issues as necessary, report overall status, and act as a bridge between European teams and global architects to ensure adherence to global standards, redirecting efforts as needed.

Interaction across organizational levels is essential, from technology experts to executive management, with the ability to adapt communication accordingly and influence outcomes.

The role will primarily be remote, with occasional travel within Europe for key meetings.

Key responsibilities include :

• Evangelize global technology strategies and standards within sales and marketing domains and drive adoption.
• Develop current and future state architecture and roadmaps for key opportunity areas, partnering with delivery leads to realize these plans.
• Oversee proposals and projects in sales and marketing, ensuring they leverage global frameworks, standards, guidelines, and patterns.
• Ensure governance processes are followed for deviations and exceptions.
• Provide end-to-end solution architecture services for major projects, ensuring solutions are business-aligned, flexible, scalable, resilient, and secure. Deliverables include conceptual, logical, and physical architectures.
• Support portfolio rationalization through inventory validation and optimization recommendations, influencing scope to simplify where possible.
• Maintain relationships with global EA domain owners and SMEs for timely engagement and decision-making.
• Stay updated on technology standards, guidelines, patterns, and emerging trends.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate technology solutions, bridging European IT teams and global architects to identify optimal solutions, gaining exposure across markets and initiatives.
