Compensation

Fixed salary in euros plus guaranteed weekly and monthly bonuses based on sales performance. The better you perform, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

• Work at a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel on a European island.
• Receive training in photography and client interaction.
• Learn sales, marketing, intercultural relations, and communication skills—equivalent to a college degree in 7 months.
• Schedule and organize guest photo sessions, print photos, and prepare albums.
• Capture moments during events and participate in team meetings.
• Identify opportunities to take photos and invite guests to create lasting memories.
