Conference Content Research Assistant (Hr & Labor Law)

The Role

We are looking for a freelance or part-time research assistant to assist us in organizing conferences in Barcelona with a focus on content in the field of HR.

Your main task will be researching key speakers, industry trends, and potential topics for our events.

What You'll Do

• Find top speakers in HR and labor law.
• Research trending topics and key industry discussions.
• Collect and organize information from various sources.
• Organize meetings with selected speakers.
• Provide recommendations for potential speakers and session topics based on your analysis.
• Work closely with our event organization team to align research findings with conference themes and objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in research, event planning, or content analysis.
• Experience working in HR is a major advantage.
• Knowledge of HR and labor law in Spain is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and / or Spanish.
