We are looking for a person who is communicative, curious, and flexible.

The ideal candidate will be part of the Experience Design and Implementation team and will help us create satisfying and compelling digital experiences for users, based on user research and workflow analysis.

Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and other disciplines to design, implement, and track the success of experiences and services.
  • Design, structure, and guide the human-centered research phases of projects by planning and leading teams through fieldwork, findings analysis, and insights synthesis.
  • Develop UX test strategies and methodologies to assess new concepts and identify user behavior change levers that enable product discovery and adoption.
  • Conduct user research (both qualitative and quantitative), user testing of products and features.
  • Engage and promote a culture of peer review, both as a reviewer and a reviewee.
  • Proactively understand unmet customer and end-user needs across all customer lifecycle phases by designing and conducting research activities such as contextual inquiry, heuristic assessment, surveys, usability testing, etc.
  • Help define project plans and manage ongoing project execution.
  • Support management of research tools (e.g., UserZoom, Dovetail).
  • Work on projects within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Guide and mentor designers in research activities.
  • Assist in developing libraries and frameworks to streamline research processes and ensure quality and consistency.
  • Experience with online research tools (UserZoom, Hotjar, Maze, Dovetail).
  • Comprehensive experience as a mixed-method Customer Experience Researcher.
  • Education: Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, with a focus on customer experience research, data analysis, and visualization.
  • Experience with CX strategy and measurement, VoC.
  • Extensive knowledge of human-centered design methodology.
  • Experience with ethnographic research and other qualitative methods, trend analysis, benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Sociology, Statistics, Economics, Marketing).
  • Experience in the financial and/or tech industry is a plus.
  • English proficiency with strong written and presentation skills.
