As the Business Development Representative (BDR) Team Lead, you will lead and develop a team of BDRs responsible for generating a high-quality pipeline aligned with the company's mission as an Employer of Record (EoR) SaaS provider. You will also engage in daily calling and prospecting activities to drive results, focusing on optimizing outbound strategies, engaging prospects effectively, and generating qualified leads to support measurable sales growth.

What you’ll do…
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Development Representatives to meet or exceed pipeline creation targets.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure high-quality lead handovers and alignment on qualified leads.
- Work with the Sales Enablement team to utilize tools and resources effectively (e.g., HubSpot, Cognism, ChatGPT).
- Provide strategic insights and feedback on sales targets, market trends, and outreach success to marketing and sales teams.
- Track, analyze, and report on BDR metrics like call volumes, email outreach, qualified opportunities, and pipeline growth, offering data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Optimize outbound sequences, messaging, and target account strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
- Participate in daily outbound activities, including prospecting calls and email outreach.
- Conduct ongoing training on outbound sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Refine outbound outreach processes for consistency and effectiveness in sequences, workflows, and CRM practices.
- Collaborate with Sales Campaign Managers on data mining, lead enrichment, and list-building efforts.
- Coordinate with sales operations and marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution and target segment alignment.
What we’re looking for…
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with a proactive approach to prospecting and outreach.
