A leading telecom company is seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Support Engineer (N3) to provide expert support for Circuit Switched Core platforms. This remote role involves troubleshooting complex issues in Ericsson AXE environments and maintaining critical telecom infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with signaling protocols and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong experience in Circuit Switched Core platforms.
• Familiarity with Ericsson AXE environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in nodes such as MSC-DB and HLR.

At First Point Group, we are looking for a highly skilled Level 3 Support Engineer (N3) with strong experience in Circuit Switched Core (CS Core) platforms to join one of our key telecom clients.

Work Mode : 100% Remote

Start Date : Immediate

Responsibilities :

1. Provide Level 3 support for Ericsson AXE environments.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in nodes such as MSC-DB, MSC-BC, MGW (Cello, MRS), HLR (FE), and National PTS.
3. Operate and maintain platforms including AXE 810, BSP8100, GMP V4, MRP, BYB501.
4. Analyze traces, performance, and service configurations.
5. Work with signaling protocols: SIGTRAN, MAP, CAMEL, ISUP, and interface with SIP environments when required.
