Descripción del empleo

We are looking for a Business Unit Lead with proficiency in English (French is a plus) to join our team in Madrid. The candidate will manage campaign amplification for multiple brands of a global client, overseeing post-production to delivery.

The candidate will nurture strong relationships within the full client ecosystem (including global marketing, procurement, CDO teams) and with creative agencies. They will collaborate closely with Producers to ensure content delivery meets quality standards and timelines, and will coordinate administrative workflows, internal and client priorities, scope forecasting, and organize content and meetings efficiently, working alongside the Operations team.

You Will Do

  • Understand client needs and expectations, coordinating with clients and producers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
  • Work daily with the team to monitor project requirements, ensure quality control at each stage, and meet deadlines.
  • Identify workflow or resource bottlenecks and develop solutions.
  • Manage scope changes proactively and identify potential risks.
  • Escalate issues early to prevent impact on timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate relevant departments to facilitate project success and delivery.

Experience

  • 7–10 years’ experience in agencies (production and / or digital) as Account / Project Manager, with knowledge of post-production processes.
  • Experience working with global clients.
  • Team and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital production, origination, and localization.
  • Experience managing multiformat campaign toolkits, focusing on platform-specific delivery.
  • Ability to communicate with global marketing and agency teams to clarify production details.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and task management tools.
