This is your opportunity to take ownership in shaping an innovative SaaS product within a remote-first environment. You’ll play a key role in building solutions that empower manufacturers to streamline production planning and respond more effectively to operational changes.

Role: (Senior) Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a (Senior) Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on API and frontend development to join our fully remote team. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust backend APIs in Python, focusing on complex business logic for the APS domain, ensuring efficient scheduling, optimization, and integration with manufacturing processes. You will also integrate these APIs with an Angular-based frontend for our APS application. As part of a small startup, your tasks may be diverse, allowing you to contribute beyond core responsibilities, such as improving DevOps workflows, optimizing performance, or shaping product decisions.

While we operate remotely in Germany and Spain, we meet several times per year for in-person collaboration to strengthen team spirit and build genuine connections.

What we look for
