Business Development Manager Lead Generation for the French Market based in Barcelona or REMOTE

Location: Barcelona or Remote

Salary: EUR 30,000 - 50,000

Join an exciting growth phase as a Business Development Manager focusing on the French Market. Your key role will be to expand into new geographical markets by developing new business opportunities, building sales relationships, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline across various content verticals.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Selling performance marketing solutions to clients and agencies, including tailored campaigns based on data and insights.
  • Identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners, focusing on new business development.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling media packs, brand stories, and case studies for presentations and pitches.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the client's brand, industry, and media.
  • Ensuring campaigns meet high-performance standards and providing post-campaign reports.
  • Managing budgeting, forecasting, and revenue reporting.
  • Working with the media buying team to seek opportunities and maximize revenue.
  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Recommending vertical developments to benefit the company's commercial outlook.
  • Collaborating with the Finance team on billing and revenue collection.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in lead generation industry.
  • Ability to sell lead generation solutions to clients and agencies in France.
  • Results-driven with a record of generating new business and meeting KPIs.
  • Knowledge of lead generation practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for persuasion, negotiation, and relationship building.
