Role Overview
Reporting directly to our VP People, you will oversee the global Talent Acquisition strategy for Back Market (covering Europe, US, APAC). Your goal is to translate our company objectives into an effective recruitment strategy.
Your Mission (If You Accept It):
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition plan aligned with our growth. Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, manage forecasts and timelines, and promote best recruiting practices internally.
- Operational Excellence: Design and promote efficient recruitment, interviewing, and hiring practices that enhance candidate experience. Use data insights to optimize processes and develop innovative recruiting solutions and partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing TA team (~15 members). Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Employer Branding & DEI: Act as the ambassador for Back Market's employer brand. Develop and execute a global employer branding strategy that reflects our culture and values. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates and reduce bias.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience managing a TA team and transforming recruitment functions.
- Experience in fast-growing, international environments with understanding of associated challenges.
- Data-driven and tech-savvy, with a love for tools and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and active listening.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and a team player.
- Fluent in English.
