Formación

We are a global leader and key partner of top Home & Personal Care FMCG companies. To support our growth, we are seeking proactive, enthusiastic, and talented professionals to join our team. Our Home Care Finance team in Barcelona (Spain) is currently looking for a:

CAPEX AND INVESTMENT MANAGER

This role involves leading business and financial analysis, evaluation, forecasting, and monitoring of strategic investment projects and CapEx across Home Care sites. The position ensures the effective allocation of resources to support growth, capacity expansion, and production efficiency, aligning with the company's financial and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the end-to-end capital expenditure process, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actual expenditure versus approved budgets and forecasts. Present reports to senior management.
  2. Prepare investment approval requests, including business cases, financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI calculations, collaborating with the CTO and Key Account Managers for growth investments.
  3. Work with COO and plant managers to identify operational efficiency opportunities and analyze the financial and business aspects of required investments.
  4. Conduct post-implementation reviews for major capital projects to evaluate performance against targets, document lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior management to monitor project performance and strategic KPIs.
  6. Establish a robust CapEx governance framework to ensure investments meet financial and compliance standards.
  7. Serve as a liaison with corporate finance and the Homecare team on CapEx and investment matters.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • University Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, CapEx management, or investment analysis within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong financial modeling skills (ROI, IRR, NPV, payback analysis).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential); SAP experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Results-oriented, capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally in an international environment.
