Crisalix LABS, SLU is seeking a Practice Growth & Optimization Manager to empower aesthetic clinics through strategic consulting and technology integration. This role combines business optimization with training, offering leadership opportunities as the company expands globally. As a Practice Growth & Optimization Manager, your mission is to help our partner clinics succeed by integrating Crisalix into their workflow to boost conversions, enhance treatment plans, and improve patient experiences.

You’ll act as a strategic and consultative growth partner, working hands-on with aesthetic clinics to identify business gaps and align Crisalix tools with their goals, helping them overcome barriers and achieve financial targets for long-term success.

This role is 80% business consulting and implementation, and 20% technology training.

We seek someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on ownership and results. This position also offers leadership opportunities to shape Crisalix's clinic growth strategy and build and lead a team as we expand globally.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Practice Growth & Business Optimization (80%)
  2. Conduct consultations to understand each clinic’s goals, challenges, and patient flow.
  3. Help clinics refine their sales funnel—from lead generation to post-treatment follow-up with Crisalix.
  4. Recommend and implement best practices for pricing, consultation flow, treatment presentation, and patient communication with Crisalix.
  5. Track KPIs (conversion rates, treatment plan upgrades, revenue per patient) and provide actionable insights.
  6. Serve as a business coach, fostering a results-oriented mindset.
  7. Identify and execute upsell opportunities by aligning Crisalix’s services with clinic needs.
  8. Act as a strategic advisor for continuous performance improvement.
  9. Partner with Customer Success and Marketing for onboarding clinics onto the platform.
  10. Train doctors and staff to integrate Crisalix tools into their workflows.
  11. Provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and alignment with clinic goals.
What You Bring
  • Experience in aesthetic clinic consulting, practice management, sales strategy, and patient journey optimization.
  • Proven ability to grow or manage a business or team, with ambitions to lead in the near future.
  • A strong commercial mindset with understanding of revenue scaling and client satisfaction.
  • Analytical skills to translate insights into actions and measurable outcomes.
  • Tech-savviness and confidence in supporting digital tools (no coding required).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.

Languages: Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
