We are currently expanding our Customer Service department and are seeking a Customer Experience Escalation Specialist.

Job purpose :

Your role is to provide exceptional support to our Italian and Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless booking experience.

You will be the first contact point for travelers, assisting with inquiries, modifications, and resolving issues while maintaining high service standards.

Your proactive communication and problem-solving will help build trust and contribute to delivering outstanding travel experiences.

Our team is passionate about turning travel dreams into reality, offering personalized attention and care. We stay updated with the latest travel information to ensure customers are well-informed and prepared. We listen carefully to their needs and tailor our services accordingly.

What you’ll do :
  • Liaise with customers and partners via phone and email to resolve issues such as changes, cancellations, confirmations, and special requests.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and valid information.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience.
  • Participate in new projects where your help is needed.
What you will bring :
  • Over 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Italian and Spanish.
  • Desire to solve problems for others.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel).
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Openness to giving and receiving feedback.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with multitasking ability.
  • Results-oriented and driven.
  • Experience with KPIs or targets.
What we offer :
  • Temporary 4-month contract.
  • Part-time schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 15:00 to 19:00.
  • Option to work from home.
  • Office located in the city center (Barcelona).
