Strategic Partner Account Manager (m / f / d) – Spain

To increase our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Strategic Partner Account Manager (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week, to start immediately or as soon as possible.

This role reports directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.

Your Job

  • You will identify, manage, and develop a strong network of Telcos, MSSPs, and Tier 1 partners across Spain, focusing on strategic players such as Telefónica, Orange, and other key telecommunications providers.
  • You will oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships.
  • You will organize and coordinate online and in-person training sessions for our partners, including product training, while ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program .
  • You will define and drive business plans with partners , closely monitor their growth, and ensure continuous strategic and commercial development.
  • You will participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote our solutions and strengthen brand presence.
  • You will create accurate sales forecasts and define strategies to ensure business targets in Spain are achieved.
  • You will collaborate internally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams, and externally act as a key point of contact representing the company professionally and expertly.
  • You will regularly update our CRM system with relevant partner and deal information for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Telefónica, Orange, MSSPs, Tier 1 Partners, or other leading Telcos will be considered a strong asset for this role.

Your Profile

  • You have solid IT knowledge gained through academic background, university studies, or an equivalent qualification—ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services.
  • You have at least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued, especially in complex sales involving multiple stakeholders.
  • You have relevant experience managing strategic partners like Telefónica, Orange, MSSPs in Spain, successfully developing these relationships strategically and economically.
  • You are an excellent communicator, confident and professional when interacting with partners and customers.
  • You are willing to travel frequently (up to 50% of business days) and enjoy presenting and promoting Hornetsecurity’s solutions during meetings, partner sessions, and negotiations.
  • You bring a winning personality and thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • You have at least a B2 level of English, spoken and written .
  • You are driven by achievements and pursue quarterly goals with passion and accountability.
  • You are highly organized, know how to prioritize tasks, and support the growth and success of Hornetsecurity Group.
