Responsibilities

1. Purchasing management: creation and follow-up of purchase orders, validation of signature processes
2. KIC purchasing management and transport coordination
3. Project controlling
4. Monthly balance consolidation and inter-company reconciliation
5. Tax management
6. Daily accounting
7. Management of external suppliers
8. Implementation and maintenance of quality control processes

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in finance
• Good understanding of Krones services and project control methodologies
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible, methodical, proactive, and decisive
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
