This is a position with grade 15. This position reports to the Service Team Leader.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will execute service work according to work instructions, ABB quality, and safety guidelines. You will deliver quality customer service, plan and execute service work based on customer orders, and communicate effectively to ensure customer retention. Your contributions will support ABB ELECTRIFICATION SOLUTIONS UPS BUSINESS in MADRID / SPAIN / EMEA. Main responsibilities include :

• Performing field service tasks, diagnosing technical issues, and conducting analysis through remote or on-site activities for certified service categories and products.
• Collaborating with customers on-site to identify operational improvements and address pain points.
• Preparing material lists and ensuring availability and quality of all materials, parts, and equipment needed for service activities.
• Training field service associates and customers when needed.

Qualifications for the role

• Higher Vocational Training, Engineering, or equivalent in Industrial Electricity / Electronics.
• Experience in similar roles is a plus but not mandatory.
• Dedication, teamwork, social skills, autonomy, and resilience.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Availability for 24x7 on-call service within the team.
• Intermediate English skills for handling technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Office tools (Windows, Office suite, diagnostic tools).
• Mechanical skills are a plus.
• EU work permit.
