Job Description

Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including:

  1. Technical support during sales development, project delivery, and commissioning.
  2. Resolving customer technical issues promptly, tracking feedback, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Gathering customer requirements and communicating effectively with the R&D department.
  4. Analyzing and synthesizing customer feedback to identify trends and improve products.
  5. Driving product enhancements in collaboration with the R&D team.
  6. Creating and delivering technical documentation and training materials.
  7. Compiling repair case studies.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields like electrical power, communication, electronics, automotive engineering, etc.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in charging piles or new energy industry.
  • Strong methodology, execution, and team spirit.
  • Good learning ability, service consciousness, responsibility, meticulousness, and rigor.
  • Self-driven with fluent English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.
