As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

Who you'll work with

You will join our Madrid office to work in teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues.

In this role, you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events by interacting with all departments, from Marketing to Operations.

The team you'll join consists of motivated, young, and fun individuals with multicultural backgrounds. Members have top profiles from McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.

What you'll do

As a Global Project Manager, you will collaborate with worldwide teams to develop, launch, and manage strategic, scalable events from start to finish. You will define how to scale these events across markets and will be responsible for strategic planning and reporting of our key experiences.

Joining Fever means investing in your professional development through training and coaching on:

  • Analyzing business opportunities and inefficiencies; proposing operational changes; ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
  • Managing the portfolio of experiences based on data analyses.
  • Negotiating and closing business deals.
  • Supporting the scalability and expansion strategy of our experiences.
  • Managing reports and revenue growth from events.
  • Representing Fever at local events and with local PR.

Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday, with the possibility of working from home on Fridays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 years in project management, consulting, or entertainment project management.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and other languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • Solution-focused mindset, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of building positive relationships.
  • Highly organized, efficient, curious, and eager to innovate.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to forge smart partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
  • Capable of handling multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, hands-on attitude.
  • Knowledge of promotional tools like Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
  • A strong academic background is a plus.
