Reporting to the Vice President of the Unified Design Product Group, the Director of Product Growth will help drive the adoption and expansion of our Forma offering. We are looking for a strategic, data-driven individual with exceptional organizational and motivational skills. Using your strategic thinking and leadership capabilities, you will increase growth metrics, guiding a cross-functional team to execute a comprehensive growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct market and customer research to inform strategy
  2. Engage with customers throughout their journey
  3. Analyze product usage and user behaviors to identify opportunities
  4. Design and implement experiments to optimize customer experiences
  5. Drive increases in customer lifetime value through upsells and cross-sells
  6. Collect and act on customer feedback to resolve pain points
  7. Prioritize initiatives that deliver significant business outcomes
  8. Identify key metrics to track the impact of growth initiatives
  9. Continuously analyze and adjust strategies based on performance data

Minimum Qualifications

  1. 8+ years of experience in developing business and go-to-market strategies
  2. 5+ years of experience leading teams
  3. Strong data-driven and analytical mindset
  4. Excellent facilitation and influencing skills
  5. Strategic thinker with a passion for driving cross-functional alignment
  6. Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills

Preferred Qualifications

  1. In-depth knowledge of the AEC industry and AECO project lifecycle
  2. Pragmatic and innovative thinker
  3. MBA or equivalent advanced degree
