A leading company in the EMEA region is seeking a Compensation Manager to oversee compensation program management. This role involves analyzing market data, managing compensation plans, and providing guidance on salary and benefits practices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or HR and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
Provide compensation program management, including but not limited to : base pay and variable administration, year-end performance and pay management / processing.
Responsible for the delivery, education, and communication of the annual and off-cycle compensation planning processes for IQVIA employees working in the EMEA Business Unit.
Research, analyze, and measure compensation solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and the competitiveness of pay and benefits practices.
Conduct complex analysis to support talent management objectives and for reporting and costing purposes, ensuring programs are affordable and provide maximum ROI.
Lead market data analysis projects and provide recommendations for pay levels and salary structures in the EMEA region to remain competitive and aligned with corporate pay philosophy.
Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to maintain competitive pay and benefits practices.
Develop, support, and conduct training programs on compensation and benefits to familiarize managers and employees with key elements of the company's programs.
Evaluate programs, stay abreast of local legislation, trends, and technological advances, and make recommendations for improvements.
Partner with HRBP and Corporate Compensation teams to continuously improve processes and technology supporting compensation programs.
Provide professional consultation and guidance to managers and HR Business Partners in the EMEA RBU, resolving questions and making recommendations related to salary, benefits, and wellbeing programs.
Support job evaluation processes.
Maintain knowledge of EMEA legislation affecting compensation and benefits policies.
Participate in special projects, including executive compensation analysis and M&A activities.
Support international mobility administration processes for EMEA.
Review benefits offerings in assigned countries and recommend improvements.
Develop budget recommendations and forecast costs for programs.
Support global wellbeing strategies and programs within the EMEA region.
Provide compensation and benefit support for HR due diligence and integration during mergers & acquisitions.
Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years experience in compensation plan design, job analysis, market pricing, incentives, preferably in EMEA.
Experience managing compensation programs, with international experience preferred.
Experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Expertise in compensation design, application, and theory, including knowledge of regulatory compliance for EMEA countries.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively interact with management at all levels.
Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and handle confidential information appropriately.
Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Workday is a plus.
Demonstrated attention to detail and experience managing benefits programs in an international environment.
