Senior Consultant - fluent in French and English

Who You Are:

You are a proactive professional with a consultative approach, eager to understand and solve complex problems. You work well under deadlines, adapt to change, and collaborate effectively both independently and within teams.

What You’ll Do:

Train on our products, connect with customer environments, and implement solutions with guidance. Over time, you'll independently lead projects, mentor junior staff, and advise customers on best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint solutions.
• Communicate technical and functional aspects to clients and partners.
• Configure solutions as per guidance and contribute to solution design.
• Deliver technical training to clients and partners.
• Build and evaluate rules for customers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a tech company, with 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Experience installing software on Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.
• Experience with directories such as Active Directory and LDAP.
• Understanding of networking principles: SSL/TLS, certificates, TCP/IP troubleshooting.
• Fluent in French and English.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of IAM concepts and tools.
• Experience with IAM projects and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Web technologies: REST APIs, SOAP, web servers.
• Experience in project teams with deadlines, testing, security, and audit tasks.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Computer Science or Engineering preferred. Certifications like J2EE or SailPoint Certified Engineer are a plus.

Travel:

Up to 15% travel required.
