We are currently seeking an Azure AI Architect to focus on MLOps practices within our Data & Intelligence CoE, working on initiatives for top-tier organizations. The position can be based in Barcelona, Spain, with a European scope. The ideal candidate will:

• Define a logical, cloud-aware AI Platform framework/methodology.
• Build AI Platforms in Azure aligned with GCP and Azure teams.
• Transform client businesses through AI, building platforms and standardizing methodologies for AI development, training, deployment, and inference.
• Address challenges related to MLOps, providing resources and tools for Data Scientists, enabling flexible model development, robust productization, unattended training, performance monitoring, and retrain alarms.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring successful project execution from a technical perspective, managing scope, quality, risks, and resources.
• Hands-on technical work in AI architecture design and implementation.
• Defining MLOps procedures and methodologies.
• Staying updated with the latest AI solutions and tools on Azure.

Ideal candidate characteristics:

• At least 2 years of experience with MLOps solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience with Azure, including networking, roles, and security.
• At least 1 year of experience with Azure Machine Learning.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in startup, corporate, or academic environments.
• Results-oriented, autonomous decision-maker, committed to knowledge sharing.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with OpenAI and Cognitive Services.
• Knowledge of Databricks and Docker.
