Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural technology.

Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Gamma Architects, Gibraltar

Experience: 10+ years
About Us:
Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural technology.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Expertise in Autodesk Revit and NBS.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.
- Experience in mixed-use residential schemes.




- Profound knowledge of UK or Gibraltar building regulations.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to review technical packages and prepare RIBA Stage 3-5 packages.
- Site experience and a strong understanding of on-site processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with architects and design team to develop architectural technical packages.
- Create and manage BIM models for projects.
- Ensure that projects adhere to industry standards and regulations, specifically in the UK or Gibraltar.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff.
- Review and assess technical drawings and documentation.
