Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its customization and development capabilities.
• Ability to integrate Dynamics 365 with other platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft development tools like Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• French language skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications based on Dynamics 365 CRM, aligned with business requirements.
• Implement and configure Dynamics 365 modules to optimize operations.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications and services through APIs and web services.
• Participate actively in agile teams, contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Perform maintenance and updates to existing Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process and application improvements.
• Document development and configurations, ensuring accessibility for team members.
• Communicate effectively in English with international teams and stakeholders.
