Position Overview

What are we looking for?

We seek a Learning and Development Manager for Iberia, responsible for shaping and implementing the local strategic L&D plan in Spain and Portugal. The role involves maximizing resource efficiencies across Ricoh EMEA, fostering the right learning culture to support strategic goals, driving digital learning transformation within the LDC, and managing a team in Spain.

Qualifications

• Degree or advanced degree in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Availability for occasional travel.
• Fluent in English (C1 level); Portuguese is a plus.
• Senior experience in L&D within IT or tech companies, focusing on:
• Business alignment and capability gap analysis
• L&D planning and resource management
• Strategic leadership and service provision
• Budget management and FUNDAE compliance
• LMS optimization and KPI management
• Driving digital transformation in learning
• Design and development of L&D programs
• Facilitation and coaching
• Evaluation and continuous improvement
