TheHRChapter is looking for a Freelance Email Marketing & Newsletter Specialist to join our team and support two growing brands with purpose-driven missions.

This is a remote, project-based, ongoing collaboration with room to grow.

About your functions and responsibilities

You will lead the planning, creation, and management of email campaigns and newsletters for two of our key brands:

TheHRChapter – Content and community for HR professionals and leaders
Coach4Expats – Personal and professional coaching for expats around the world

In this role, you will:

1. Plan and manage a content calendar tailored to each brand
2. Write, edit, and design newsletters aligned with our voice and audience
3. Build and segment email lists; set up automations and sequences as needed
4. Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and propose improvements
5. Coordinate directly with brand founders to adapt communications to events, promotions, and launches

What do you need to be successful?

• Proven experience in email marketing and newsletter creation
• Strong writing and editing skills in English and/or Spanish (both is a plus)
• Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp, MailerLite, or Brevo
• Basic design skills and UX sensibility for email content
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Interest in coaching, personal development, HR, or similar fields is a plus.
