Job Summary

The Educator is essential to our success, serving as an expert in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming guest experience. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, providing product education, and promoting our community and culture authentically.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Experience: Engage with guests, assess needs, provide tailored solutions, and facilitate seamless transactions, including omnichannel services like buy online/pickup in store.
  2. Team Collaboration: Foster a respectful, inclusive environment, build supportive relationships, and work collaboratively to enhance guest experience and store operations.
  3. Operations: Maintain store presentation, support store technology use, perform cleaning, and adhere to safety policies and legal requirements.

Minimum Requirements
