As a Global Talent Data Specialist, your mission is to leverage advanced data analytics techniques and tools to extract actionable insights and enhance decision-making throughout our organization. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, applying statistical modeling and data visualization skills to ensure data quality and enable informed decisions within the Talent & Rewards (Talent Acquisition, Capacity & Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Rewards) function.
Main Accountabilities :
Gather and transform organizational raw data into actionable insights.
Design and coordinate the deployment of analytical tools, metrics, and reports to inform business decisions.
Understand Talent related processes.
Provide expertise in People Analytics methodologies.
Act as the C&WP subject matter expert (SME) and Technical Admin for dedicated tools.
Collaborate with CoE Functional Leaders and BU SPOCS.
Coordinate with HR Ops and IT when applicable.
Excel : Proficient in data manipulation, formulas, and visualization.
Power BI : Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Power Query : Extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
SQL (nice to have) : Query databases for advanced analysis.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Talent data.
Implement Data Governance Practices.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Propose innovative solutions to enhance Talent related processes.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in People Analytics or HR Data Analysis.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Curiosity and a proactive mindset.
Excellent Skills in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
Excellent Skills in MS Office.
SQL proficiency.
Machine Learning knowledge.
Familiarity with Talent, Learning, and Rewards Functions.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
