Formación

We are looking for an Operations Junior Analyst with excellent data and analytical skills to join our Operations Team in Madrid. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

1. Main responsibilities

1. Support senior management in supervising and executing operative procedures, including analysis, review, and transformation.
2. Identify areas for improvement through deductive analysis of KPIs and other operative reports.
3. Prepare presentation materials for various areas and projects within the operations scope.
4. Liaise with external parties, suppliers, and in-house teams.
5. Participate in project management across Spain, EU, and Latam.

2. Requirements

1. Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
2. At least 2 years of professional experience in highly analytical functions is a plus.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
5. Experience in a Big Four or similar firm is a plus.
6. Strong interest in developing a career in Operations or Investments Management.
7. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL queries is a plus.

3. Education

College degree from a top school, preferably in Engineering.

4. Languages

Fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledge of Italian or French is a plus.
