Descripción del empleo

We are looking for Portuguese Client Operations Executives to join our Customer Relationship Center. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our clients in achieving our main objective: “Delivering unique holidays to our customers”. We are seeking candidates based in Mallorca.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide excellent customer service by attending to clients' queries via phone calls and emails, being proactive, courteous, friendly, and helpful.
  2. Ensure all client requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately, following defined policies, guidelines, terms, and conditions.
  3. Promote goodwill in dealings with clients and internal sales teams to maintain good relationships, achieve high client satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
  4. Identify and suggest improvements during daily work activities.
  5. Negotiate appropriate compensation, refunds, or solutions.
Position Requirements:
  1. Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
  2. Flexibility to support the Global Support team as needed.
  3. Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as the role involves active listening and problem-solving to find the best solutions for all parties.
