Department : Home Services Operations

Rate of Pay : As per the Collective Agreement

Location : GTA - Central

Hours of Work : 40 hours per week - Rotational schedule

Responsibilities :

• Responsible and accountable for the delivery of superior customer service leading to customer delight.
• Complete diagnostics and repair work to company standards efficiently.
• Ensure all tools and equipment used are in good and safe working order.
• Keep vehicle clean and neat both inside and out in keeping with the company's professional image.
• Maintain vehicle stocked with all material necessary for daily electrical calls.
• Respond to electrical calls for customers covered under the whole home plan and those requiring chargeable service.
• Handle service requests as well as chargeable work.
• Complete all work in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Work safely at all times.

Qualifications :

• Valid driving license with a clean driver's abstract.
• Certified licensed electrician with a valid 309A license and 3-5 years of current trade work experience.
• Excellent communication skills to deal with customers, both written and verbal.
• Able to work shifts.
• Physically capable of performing heavy lifting.
• Good mechanical aptitude, able to operate all necessary tools and equipment.
• Able to work with minimal supervision, results-oriented, and achieving high levels of individual and team performance.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering customer-focused service.
• Keep ESA recording log up to date.
• Up to date with the electrical industry and associations.
