You will join our team of developers and testers with diverse expertise and experience in a creative and international environment.

The role As a Junior QA, you will play an active role in our Agile environment as part of our great QA department. From day one, you will take on responsibilities to ensure the stability, functionality, and quality of our software. Your key tasks will include :

• Performing a variety of tests, such as regression, integration, and performance testing, to validate software stability.
• Reporting issues and bugs in Jira, ensuring all findings are documented clearly.
• Verifying that reported bugs have been successfully resolved by the development team.
• Attending daily QA team meetings to discuss tasks, new issues, and potential blockers.
• Assisting in resolving support tickets reported by users and internal teams.
• Collaborating with QA, development, and business teams to ensure complete and thorough testing.
• Researching and utilizing testing tools to improve automation and performance.

The skill set our ideal candidate would have :

• At least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Understanding of manual and automated testing processes.
• Strong enthusiasm and curiosity about new technologies.
• A problem-solving mindset, patience, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also being a great team player.
• Fluent or proficient in English (Spanish is a plus).

• Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders.
• Prior experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process.
• Exposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Familiarity with test automation tools.
