Job description

We are seeking a passionate Project Manager focused on healthcare innovation, with expertise in software medical devices, eager to drive digital health projects from conception to delivery.

This key role involves leading project development, translating customer needs into technical specifications, and ensuring solutions meet high standards, budget, timeline, and regulatory requirements. A significant part involves client education on technical processes and API integration, requiring technical expertise and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities include:

1. Project planning and execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, oversee scope, schedule, and costs.
2. Customer interaction: Guide clients through technical processes, ensuring understanding of product integration via APIs.
3. Team liaison: Act as the bridge between commercial and product teams, translating customer needs into technical specifications.
4. Technical and regulatory support: Assist customers with use cases, technical integration, and compliance issues.
5. Requirements analysis: Assess project needs to align with product goals and customer expectations.
6. Healthcare process understanding: Provide insights into healthcare workflows to aid solution development.
7. Product documentation: Define development requirements and ensure comprehensive documentation.
8. Strategy contribution: Participate in shaping product strategy to ensure market relevance.

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in project management within software medical devices, biotech, or digital health sectors.
• Knowledge of AI applications in health, especially dermatology.
• Programming skills in PHP, JavaScript, or Python.
• Understanding of medical device regulations and compliance, including GDPR and HIPAA.
• Familiarity with healthcare management systems (HIS/EHR/EMR, RIS, LIS, PACS, ERP) and standards (FHIR, HL7).
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership experience in dynamic teams.
• Degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
