Job Description

Title of the position: DEMAND & DELIVERY SPECIALIST (ICT)

At Plenitude, we are looking to hire a Demand & Delivery Specialist to support the ICT department. You will report directly to the IT Manager and work closely with the line teams responsible for application execution. We seek someone with extensive experience in demand and delivery management, who will serve as a key figure within the unit.

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage and prioritize application evolution requests.
2. Collaborate with business departments to manage request priorities, coordinate user testing before deployment, and ensure expectations are met regarding timing and functionality.
3. Plan and manage project initiatives.
4. Supervise system integrator activities through technical analysis certification and control of software quality and timelines.
5. Work with operations to handle evolutionary interventions for current issues and transfer knowledge about new requirements entering production.
6. Coordinate activities of different system integrators to ensure compatibility, testing phases, and deployment.

Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in scientific fields (Engineering, Mathematics, Physics).
2. Advanced level of English.
3. Teamwork and leadership skills.
4. Knowledge of utility-related processes and energy management.
5. Project management skills.
6. Ability to manage priorities.
7. Excellent communication skills.
